1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using ILicence (the "Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on ILicence for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• •Using the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
• •Attempting to decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer any software contained on the Service
• •Removing any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
• •Transferring the materials to another person or "mirroring" the materials on any other server

3. Account Creation and Use

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• •Maintain the confidentiality of your password and account information

4. Acceptable Use Policy

Your license to use the Service is limited to personal, non-commercial use. You retain all rights to any content you submit, post, or display on or through the Service. By submitting content, you grant IrixiaGroup a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt, and distribute your content in connection with the Service.

6. Payment and Billing

ILicence offers subscription plans with varying features and pricing. By selecting a paid plan, you authorize IrixiaGroup to charge your payment method according to the selected plan terms. Payments are processed through Stripe and are non-refundable except as required by law.

You are responsible for providing accurate payment information and promptly updating any changes. If a payment fails, we may suspend your access until payment is received. Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice.

7. License Validity and Support

ILicence licenses are valid based on your subscription status. Licenses require periodic validation to verify active subscription. The Service may include features that validate licenses against our servers. You agree that ILicence may perform validation checks as needed to maintain security and prevent unauthorized use.

Support is provided on a best-effort basis during business hours. Response times are not guaranteed, and IrixiaGroup reserves the right to prioritize support based on subscription tier.

8. Termination

IrixiaGroup reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Your subscription will not auto-renew if terminated.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. IrixiaGroup makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the Service. To the fullest extent permissible by law, IrixiaGroup disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

IrixiaGroup does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. Your use of the Service is at your own risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall IrixiaGroup, its directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if IrixiaGroup has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

To the fullest extent permissible by law, the total liability of IrixiaGroup for any claims arising out of or related to these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless IrixiaGroup, its directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or related to your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of a third party.

12. Modifications to Terms

IrixiaGroup reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes become effective upon posting to the Service. Your continued use of the Service following the posting of modified Terms means you accept and agree to the changes.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and your use of the Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Switzerland.
